Q. What payment methods can I use?

A. Payment is made at the time of the order, this can be via, Mastercard, Visa, Debit or Credit cards, or via PayPal. We also offer Pay in 3 via PayPal (instalment payments).

Q. Do you deliver outside of the UK?

A. Currently not automatically from this website, however please contact us and we will quote you – don’t forget to tell us which light and quantity.

Q. What are the lead times for your lights?

A. All of these lights are made to order and this takes time to get the finish and variations available. Lead times are generally about 2 – 3 weeks, but often less, if it’s going to be much longer we will email you. We place orders our order with the factory every week, normally for a number lights at a time, these go into production in strict rotation, hence we give a fair estimate of the delivery time, this can however vary a few days, depending how busy the factory is at the time. We aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

Q. I placed an order but haven’t had an email confirmation?

A. Our website automatically acknowledges your order with an email, this happens instantly, (allow a few minutes) so if you have not received the email, please check your spam / junk folder. If you do not get this, you probably will not get our emails confirming when your lights will be ready and delivery tracking emails.

Q. I placed an order, but now I have changed my mind?

A. OK, we all have second thoughts, you can cancel your order providing they haven’t started production or left the factory, you will be refunded in full. If they have left the factory the returns charge will apply (see below)

Q. Can I return my light?

A. We want you to be happy with your purchase and would like to resolve any issues if at all possible so please contact us first. We reserve the right to replace or repair any faulty product. Lights from this site (bathroom-lights.co.uk) are made to order by Mullan Lighting and as such are not covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, However in some circumstances we will accept returns subjectt to terms & conditions – full returns details here.

Q. Are your lights dimmable?

A. All our lights can be dimmed, if your using LED light bulbs you need a dimmable bulb and suitable dimmer switch, we can also supply these options.

Q. Do your outside lights have Motion Sensors (PIR’s)

A. All our lights can be fitted with a stand alone PIR, or in fact run multiple lights from one sensor if required. See the article on why this is best
